The Widest Whelk

With a very good Christmas behind him, The Crab noticed that his waistline was growing faster than Dave Chugg's bald patch and decided that something had to be done. Whilst a strict excerise routine was an option, The Crab opted for a more immediate fix to the problem - see photo above.
